DD is learning Hokien from me and laughing away because her tune is very funny. That is how you learn. If you are scared to open your mouth, then you can never learn. I speak Iban to my patients, they all feel so happy, because someone can speak their language. I used to hug them, they feel so happy.
I still remembered how I learned how to speak other languages when I first go out to work.I brought a note book and tried to write each word I learned in the note book . than I start to practise what I have learned. We then try to speak in a sen tenses.Practise make one perfect.We all laugh and have fun together.That is how we learn together.It is real fun.we really enjoy it.That was our training time. Now I can speak many languages.----Chinese, Mandarin,Foochow, Hokien, Malay,Iban,and a few words of many other dialects.Praise the Load.
