soft skills......

Chief matron sms me yesterday.She asks if I have gone for soft skill in KL. I wander why? May be she want to send me there. I don't feel like to go there.Well now I am very soft now.
I am very good to people. A lot of people come to me for moral support.I am always by their side. They all know about it.And I also very helpful to people as well.
yesterday been a hard day. Go for dialogue session. 830 am till 1130am. I am over hanger . When I eat , I have epigastric pain for the whole day.Remember , you all up there, never over starve yourself. Actually ,I can't go out from the hall.
