Professor talk on ...change--we need; change.. we must...
Yesterday, our prof. talk on --- we must change...
With our mentality, I am quite doubtful if we can make it. People are complacent , refuse changes--- prefer to stay in the cocoon.Anyway it is very encouraging talk.
Collecting wet clothing..
.
Day before yesterday, when I went home from work,I noticed our bachelor neighbour collect clothing in the rain. I smiled to myself. There was a story behind it. Years ago, when DD was still in primary 2. One day, I was working 8-4:15pm. I dried our clothing outside the veranda before I went to work. The sun was so good and the clothing were all dry. There came the rain just before the office hour was over. When I reached home, the clothing were still on the lines. I got very angry, and scolded everybody at home. Then DD went and collected the wet cloths and quietly she put them in a pail. She didn't say a word. But I saw all what she did.
I keep quiet after that. But still pull long face. She is so smart---- has her own philosophy. She came to me when I was less angry. She said, mom ..... took it as if we were all not at home. I felt so bad when I heard what she had said to me. Her mind can be so opened. Why mine is so narrow? After that when the cloths are wet I never want to say anything. Let it be... let it be...
I learn a great lesson from her. What for want to get angry anyhow? Life is like that.
A lesson learned from Nong....
dad and me always quarrel over dad s saham.
Nong said one day to me ..mom.. you get married to dad, is your own choice. No need to quarrel everyday. May be this is true.
From jia and BB
When they were in form one and form three, one day they told me.. mom you always say that we are stupid, then we become stupid.. then we are stupid.True also, we must be able to encourage them instead of condemning. I learned many lessons from my juniors. that is life.gtg
