Cardiac clinic appointment
10/11/2008 is dad 's clinic apt date. I forgot about it because may be I was too busy lately and also I am getting old. Actually I wrote the date on the board at work place. Everyday I see but I didn't pay attention. So near yet so far. Ha.....
So tell him to fast overnight for blood taking of fasting lipid profile, blood sugar, BUSE, FBS, serum creatinine. He grumble so much last night. ....no need to take medication.... don't want to see Dr. blah blah.....What is for me? nothing. Do everything for him , only forget once and he grumble so much. That is this man.
But anyway ,I see that a man like that will always live long life. Because he only say, say, but deep inside him ,he really take care of himselve.I will bring him to see Dr tomorrow.
The 2 balls....
He used to forgot something. Even he will forgot to take out the key from the car. I have to send the key to Bintangor one time for his locked car! If the 2 balls were not attached, there would get loss in space!
The pension card..
One day I ask him ,where is his pension card? That is important, because that is his identification after pension. He searched everywhere for it. Hai ya.....
over grown....
My colleague keep asking me, why I can stay slim and firmed.I told them not to eat so much of the carbohydrate food. They told me that they can't stand being hungry. Well ,we don't have to starve. Just eat the usual way but less carbohydrate intake. Eat more vegetables and fruits.But don't take a lot of rich tip bids.We eat to live and not live to eat. That is to say, we eat just enough to keep life going. No need to eat extra. The extra you eat is going to become the fat in your body. At the end of the day, your heart can't stand the extra load. That is why heart problem sets in. Always remember....EAT TO LIVE AND NOT LIVE TO EAT. keep your body shape for ever fit and healthy.
