Electric cigarette

have you ever heard of an electric cigarette ?
I was on my way from main office to my own area.
i saw a man smoking away outside the operation theater.
i was panic by the sight
i told him that he is not allowed to smoke within hospital compound
he told me that it is an electric cigarette and he is even allowed to smoke in a plane !
i ask one of my cardiologist
he says that this thing come out for quite a while already
actually it is nicotine puff !
OMG !
impossible is possible everywhere !
