When I start work on 3/6/2009,the 3 sisters in my areas were all taking leave or off. So my work is heavy. Yesterday when I go to cardiac thoracic ward, sort of shock! The board who are written patient 's name, bed no 11.........ROSAK.... sort of angry. Cant we not get someone to repair it? I straight away telephone to Faber for help. The vendor came not long after I call.They get it fixed straight away.
But I was not happy with the other bed...no14. It has been out of order for at list 2 months. The answer they give me is that....waiting for spare parts.. ie the motor. So I also believe them. We have waited patiently. I asked myself. If only the motor send from US also it would be with us by now! I took this opportunity to get angry with the Faber side. I ring them and ask them to see to the situation.Mr Anel came to see me around 1130am. I told him to get thing done today. He beg from me ..tomorrow.At 1st , I say ..no. he beg and beg, out of pity.. I say......what time can you give me a written report on the matter.Then he said , tomorrow before 4 pm.
I went to the ward again today. I noticed 3 men coming to repair the bed. Their top boss also coming. I knew him. I approach him. Not long after that , they come to me telling me that it is done. I ask what is actually happening? He told me that , one of the digital get short circuit. OMG.. so simple thing and we wait for more than 2 mouths?
