Final day of on call week.
We are on call for one whole week starting Saturday and ends Friday of the following week. The nursing division in Malaysia start their shift week on the Saturday, which is the 1st day of the week. The thing started since colonial time.
Yesterday, so many thing happened.1st thing in the morning, my peers tell me that one of our colleague, who is on morning shift,is in ETD(emergency and trauma Department) The previous night, I have a problem in the male surgical dept. So I went there to see to it .Then ,I went to take over duty from the morning Nursing Sister with all the other matrons.We finished around 10; 30am. When I reach the ward, my ward sister told me that that colleague of ours is having right sided paralysis. OMG! I went down to ETD to see her.She looked quite blank and can't talk.She is having CVA ( cerebral vascular accident) I manage to get our cardiologist to see her as well.I am so grateful that Dr Alan is so good. He went to OT to see the neuro surgeon for opinion.Praise the LORD.
Another of my Hospital support staff come to tell me something ridiculous. He said that his motorbike parked next to me, was stolen on Thursday. He said it in such a way that I bust out into laughter.Hey, matron, kenapa orang tiada curi kita punya? kenapa dia curi saya punya? you punya pun cantek? OMG! he want mine to be stolen as well!
TV & parabola..... go on holiday.It just refuse to show good screen. I get someone to repair it today. Condemn lol. We buy new one.Praise the LORD. Everything is OK now.
