For the past one year, we have been doing on call duty. we worked so hard. we get nothing. The management side always tell us that we can't claim anything cos we are the management level our self. So beginning of 2009, we propose to our director that we want equivalent time off. Instead, the management decided that we can claim overtime. But only 6 hours in a month. well, fair enough, at least we get something. Yesterday, is my 1st on call that I am allowed to claim..........Yahoo.Thanks . Lord Jesus.. thank you so much. The bible says.. Ask ,will be given.
weird
during my round, I met a couple from Sarikei in the oncology dept. I met the wife 1st. I ask, why are you here? Then she related the story that her husband is having cancer of the brain and lung. I go near him. He asks... any cure for me? I answered.. Everything, leave it to GOD. I go back to him again when I have finish my job there.He related to me that the ICU nurses are very bad.His 2nd wife was also there. She said that he never been to ICU. He shouted to his wife" Shout up!" I was sturned and walked away.Is he sensible? He just had his brain and lung operation.

I went to this problem ward. I ask for the team leader to go round with me. They answer me.. all of us are team lead. OMG! How can! I related the ship captain example.So many captains in one ship... which harbour to go? I want to vomit blood!
General findings
I point out few things during my round. I ask.. if I give you this.. do you want? they all answer me--- no. I ask.. why? They all shake their head. OMG! Don't do to others what you do not want them to do to you.
pet fish
DD has been asking for few things lately. At 1st--- a dog---then --hamster.... then a fish. Well, I keep thinking.... what is good for her? the one that is easy to live longer and with little intervention. She never has any pet by her self as yet. always people help her out. So it is time she has a pet all by her self. I wish her luck and passion to her little' wiggles'
